Welcome to The Federation is operated by the counciler members who compose president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, president and secretary general from the National Heart Association. Two addition members are pointed by the president to be the chairman of education and the chairman of prevention and control of Cardiovascular Diseases. The immediate Past-president is also inclued in the council members.

 THE COUNCIL OF ASEAN FEDERATION OF CARDIOLOGY (2008-2010)
Constitution and BY- LAW
 We cardiologist and cardiovascular specialists, members of the national heart societies of countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), imploring the aid of the Divine Providence, desirous of establishing and promoting mutual understanding and cooperation in advancing knowledge, quality and practice pf cardiovascular medicine and related fields, as well as improving the health and well-being of the peoples in the ASEAN region and the world and conscious of the need to foster region and global integration, unity and peace, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution.
History
 Founded in 1973, it is a nonpolitical organization aimed at improving standard and practice of cardiology in the ASEAN region. In 2004, Vietnam was accepted to be the sixth member, and in 2007, Myanmar and Laos were accepted to be new members.
